Harris Rankings - Top 25 College Football Poll

The week 10 Harris rankings are now viewable online. Teams in the top 25 college football poll earn 25 points for a first place vote and 1 point for a twenty-fifth place vote.

The week 10 Harris top 25 rankings has four ACC teams, five Big 12 teams, one Big East team, three Big Ten teams, two Pac-10 teams, four SEC teams, and six mid-major football teams - BYU, Utah, TCU, Boise State, Ball State, and Tulsa. The first five teams on the outside of the Harris top 25 are Northwestern, Pittsburgh, Kansas, Minnesota, and Air Force. Alabama, Penn State, Texas Tech, Florida, and Texas split the number 1 votes with Alabama taking the majority and rising to the overall number 1 spot in the college football top 25 rankings. Texas dropped to number 6 with their loss to Texas Tech.

Oregon, South Florida, and Minnesota moved out of the top 25 college football poll while West Virginia and Maryland moved in. The Harris rankings for week 11 will be out by Monday, November 10.
