USA Today Rankings - Coaches College Football Poll

The week 10 USA Today rankings are now posted. Teams in the coaches college football poll receive twenty-five points for a 1st place vote and one point for a 25th place vote.

The week 10 USA Today coaches rankings have four ACC teams, five Big 12 teams, one Big East team, four Big Ten teams, two Pac-10 teams, four SEC teams, and five mid-major teams - BYU, Boise State, Utah, Ball State, and TCU. The first five teams on the outside of the USA Today football poll are Kansas, Tulsa, Pittsburgh, Minnesota, and South Carolina. Alabama, Penn State, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma split the number one votes with Alabama garnering the most and therefore taking over the number one spot from Texas who lost to Texas Tech on Saturday.

Minnesota, Tulsa, South Florida, and Oregon moved out of the coaches college football poll while Georgia Tech, Cal, West Virginia, and Northwestern moved in. The week 11 USA Today rankings will be out by Monday, November 10.
